Purpose of this vendor worksheet

The free worksheet organizes a review of one service configuration and intended use. Its follow-up points and priority bands are internal triage conventions. They are not a supplier certification, incident probability, legal classification or purchasing approval. Completing every field cannot establish that the underlying evidence is accurate, sufficient or relevant.

Your review responsibilities

Inspect the documents referenced in the record, check that they cover the edition and configuration under review, and explain the decision separately from the generated points. Keep unknown answers explicit. A person responsible for the service should validate the intended use, data flows and oversight before relying on a draft.

Review and expiry dates describe the evidence you entered. The worksheet evaluates freshness against the supplied assessment date; it does not monitor later changes, authenticate a report or schedule a supplier review. When a provider, model, subprocessor, permission or use changes, create an appropriate new review rather than treating the old export as authorization for a broader deployment.

Working records and external material

CSV and JSON exports are editable records created in your browser. Retain the version and supporting evidence required by your process, restrict access to confidential references and keep credentials out of the input fields. The site does not provide a supplier portal or hold an evidence repository. Obtain qualified security, privacy, legal and business review where the proposed use requires it.

Nothing is sold through this worksheet. Sponsored links lead to another site's offers, and any arrangement there is governed by that destination's terms. Primary-source references provide context; their inclusion does not imply endorsement of the worksheet or a vendor result.
